Ever had a tenant leave something foul on your property? Or perhaps you've walked in post-lease to discover a chilling mess that looked like it came from a horror movie? From spectral sounds in the middle of the night to terrifying encounters with messy tenants, every property manager has at least one hair-raising tale to tell. In this spooky season, we're calling on all landlords to dive deep into their memories and share those bone-chilling experiences with us.

Enter if you dare

1. The competition is open only to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

2. To enter the competition, participants must share a story with us by submitting it through the official entry form. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win this competition.

3. All stories submitted must be original and truthful. Any stories found to be plagiarized or fabricated will be disqualified.

4. By submitting a story, participants grant Landlord Tech and its affiliates royalty-free rights to use it or a variation of it for marketing and promotional purposes for a duration deemed appropriate by Landlord Tech.

5. Entries must be received before the competition deadline, which is October 27th, 2023.

6. Only one entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

7. The winner will be chosen from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

8. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of the selection. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days of the initial attempt, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

9. The prize for this competition is a $100 Visa Gift Card. The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with accepting the prize.
